Mervyn Joseph Pius O'Gorman CB was a leading British electrical and aircraft engineer who chaired the Royal Aeronautical Society in the 1920s. From 1930 he was a member of the Art Workers Guild and became a masterly creator of etchings, woodcuts and lacquer work. He died at his home at 21 Embankment Gardens on 16 March 1958.
