Galimberti began his career using classic analog film with a Widelux camera. In 1983, he dedicated himself exclusively to polaroid. He has since become the medium’s most fervent and famous champion of the medium in the world, known in particular for having developed his unique mosaic Polaroid technique which he memorably applies to landscapes, flowers and portraits. In 1999, Class Magazine ranked him No.1 photo-portraitist in the world.
